What we collect

When you send a message through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, how you would like us to reach you, the time that suits you and the message itself. We collect nothing else about you from this site.

Please keep medical details out of messages

A message through the website is not the place for health details. Your health history goes in the patient portal we send you before your first visit, or in person. For anything urgent, call us.

How we use it

We use your message to reply to you and to book a visit. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside the clinic except as the law requires.

Who sees it

The front desk reads messages and passes them to the provider you are booking with.

How long we keep it

We keep messages that do not lead to a visit for a short time, then delete them. Records of your visits are kept as North Carolina law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete a message, by calling (919) 555-0110 or writing to hello@foyerintegrativehealth.com.
