How the clinic works day to day

Cancelling and arriving late

Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a visit, so someone else can take the time. If you arrive late, your visit may be shorter so the next person isn't kept waiting.

Clean needles and clean rooms

Acupuncture needles are sterile, single-use and discarded in a sharps container after one use. Tables are wiped and linens changed between visits, and providers wash their hands before each one.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. You can ask for a copy of your own record at any time.

Sharing between providers

Your providers here share notes only after you sign a written permission, and you choose which providers and what they see. You can take your permission back at any time.

Access

The clinic is on the second floor, with an elevator from the street, a step-free entrance and a wide door to every treatment room. Tell us what else would help.

A quiet waiting room

We ask everyone to silence phones and keep voices low. Please skip strong perfume, because other people are sensitive to scents.
